Coloplast and Sterling Medical will accept returns for the following circumstances: 1) The product is damaged 2) The product is shipped incorrectly All returns must be reported to Sterling Medical by calling 888-239-2990 within seven business days of receipt of order. Customer must then ship the package back to Sterling Medical (at the expense of Coloplast and Sterling Medical) within ten business days of return call. Once package is received during appropriate time frame, a credit will be applied to your credit card account.
